SHIPPING

Orders shipped via USPS and FedEx should arrive within 10 business days. All orders require a street address - we do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless you are only purchasing a gift certificate. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time but we may be able to accommodate under special circumstances. To inquire about expedited shipping please contact us at orders@shopadrifthotels.com prior to submitting your order. 

 

We do not ship internationally at this time, sorry for any inconvenience this may bring. 

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We will consider returns or exchanges on a case by case basis. If you wish to make a return or an exchange, please contact us at orders@shopadrifthotels.com. Should your return or exchange request be approved, a refund will be issues within 14 business days if applicable. 

If you receive product that is damaged upon opening your package, please send a photo to orders@shopadrifthotels.com. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and will work with you to replace your damaged product at no additional cost. 

If you receive clothing that is the incorrect size or does not fit as expected, please contact us at orders@shopadrifthotels.com. We will be happy to check our inventory for the desired new size and will work with you to setup an exchange. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
